Honglu Signs RMB 508 Million Chuneng Steel-Structure Contract

HEFEI, CHINA - July 9, 2026 - Honglu Steel Structure announced that it has received the signed procurement contract for the Jiangxia Chuneng and Xiaogan Chuneng steel-structure projects, confirming an estimated contract value of RMB 508 million.

The company had previously disclosed that it was selected as the winning bidder for the projects. Receipt of the stamped procurement contract moves the award from bid confirmation into contract execution, giving Honglu clearer visibility on delivery work tied to the new-energy industrial projects.

Contract Moves Into Execution

According to the disclosure, Honglu was confirmed as the winning bidder for the steel-structure engineering work and recently received the procurement contract signed and sealed by both parties. The contract’s estimated value is approximately RMB 508 million, equal to about 2.30% of Honglu’s audited 2025 main business revenue.

The company said implementation of the project is expected to have a positive impact on revenue and profit in 2026 and 2027. Actual contribution will depend on production scheduling, delivery progress, acceptance, settlement, and other contract-performance conditions.

Key Contract Details

  • Project Name: Jiangxia Chuneng and Xiaogan Chuneng steel-structure projects.
  • Contract Value: Approximately RMB 508 million.
  • Revenue Reference: About 2.30% of audited 2025 main business revenue.
  • Expected Impact: Positive contribution to 2026 and 2027 revenue and profit, subject to execution progress.

Delivery Capability Remains Central

Large steel-structure contracts require coordinated detailing, fabrication, quality control, logistics, and site acceptance. For Honglu, the signed Chuneng contract adds another meaningful order to its large-project pipeline and reinforces the role of industrial and new-energy construction in steel-structure demand.

Customers evaluating major steel-structure suppliers should review certified production capacity, intelligent manufacturing systems, delivery records, and quality-management processes alongside contract announcements and headline order values.
