Honglu produces millions of tons of steel structures every year, and the expert system built into each robot uses optimal parameters verified across tens of millions of welds. That directly delivers a high first-pass qualification rate — even on the complex, high-requirement welds that simple, generic parameter libraries struggle with.

Yes — this "blind welding" capability is one of our most distinctive advantages. Using self-developed point-cloud algorithms and large-scene cameras, our robots scan the workpiece, reverse-model it, automatically extract the weld seams, and weld — with no 3D drawings required. This is decisive for non-standard incoming materials, repair parts that have no model, parts that deform after spot welding, and overseas projects. Very few manufacturers in the industry can truly do this today.
