Honglu Reports Q2 Convertible Bond Conversions and Updated Share Capital

HEFEI, CHINA - July 2, 2026 - Honglu Steel Structure disclosed second-quarter conversion activity for Honglu Convertible Bonds, reporting that RMB 16,000 in bond principal was converted into 737 shares during the quarter.

The filing gives investors a fresh look at the company’s capital structure after the recently approved downward revision to the bond conversion price. As of the end of the second quarter, Honglu still had 15,725,538 convertible bonds outstanding, representing RMB 1,572,553,800 in remaining principal.

Quarterly Conversion Activity

Honglu said the conversion period for Honglu Convertible Bonds runs from April 15, 2021 to October 8, 2026, with the current conversion price set at RMB 17.77 per share following the late-June downward revision.

During the second quarter of 2026, 160 convertible bonds were converted. The resulting 737-share increase lifted total share capital from 690,018,353 shares to 690,019,090 shares at quarter-end.
