Honglu Steel Structure reported moderate revenue growth for 2025, while profit declined sharply from the prior year.
The company recorded annual operating revenue of RMB 220.68 billion, up 2.57% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 631 million, down 18.27%, and recurring net profit was RMB 434 million, down 9.76%.
Operating cash flow improved significantly, reaching RMB 1.366 billion, an increase of 138.17%. The improvement suggests stronger cash conversion even as profitability remained under pressure.
The profit decline was linked to short-term costs from intelligent manufacturing upgrades and a reduction in non-recurring gains, including lower government subsidies. Honglu continues to position its ten steel-structure production bases, manufacturing scale, and automation program as the foundation for longer-term competitiveness.
